If we receive your order on a working day before 4 P.M, we will ship your order that day itself. Our working days are Monday through Friday (10 A.M. to 5 P.M.).

All Camieluxe sales are final. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, We do not accept returns of our products that have been used. In case you feel that the product you received is damaged, we will require you to take photos of the product and send the photograph to us at firstname.lastname@example.org under the subject ‘DAMAGED PRODUCT’.Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their defective product in order to start an exchange process. Also mention your Order Number so that we can expedite the process. Please note that our eyelashes are handmade, not machine manufactured. So, minor discrepancies may occur within the pair of eyelashes you have received. This does not amount to damaged goods. Shipping damage is generally not covered under returns policy and is strictly subject to review. All returns are subject to review by our team and as such returns are not guaranteed.
